What this site collects

The enquiry form, and Google Analytics. There is no account, no newsletter, and no advertising tracker on these pages. There is no cookie banner either, so it is worth being plain about it: analytics does set cookies, and the Analytics section below says what it records and how to switch it off.

If you fill the form in, this site records what you type: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and whatever you tell us about the job. It also records a little context about the visit, so we know what you were looking at when you got in touch: the page you sent it from, the site that referred you if you followed a link here, and any campaign tags carried in the web address you arrived on.

It also records the analytics visit identifier alongside the enquiry, so we can tell which pages lead to people getting in touch. That identifier is a random string. It says nothing about who you are, and it is not used to look you up anywhere else.

The form sends to this website's own address and nowhere else. What you type is used to reply to your enquiry and for nothing else: it is not sold, not shared with anyone who is not working on answering you, and not used to advertise to you anywhere. Nothing you type into the form is sent to Google.

Analytics

Breakara Demolition uses Google Analytics to understand how this website is found and used. It records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, the kind of device and browser you use, and how you arrived. It also records that an enquiry form was submitted, so we know which pages lead to enquiries. It sets cookies to do that.

It does not record your name, your phone number, your email address or anything you type into the enquiry form. Those go to us and only to us, and are never sent to Google. Advertising features and cross-site tracking are switched off.

Google may process this data outside your country. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics also works, and blocking it does not affect the enquiry form or anything else on this site.

Third parties

Google Analytics is the only third party this site loads. Its tag is fetched from Google, so your browser does make a request to Google while you read this page. The Analytics section above says what that records, and how to stop it.

Nothing else comes from anywhere else. Every font, image, stylesheet and other script on this site is served from this site, and there is no map, video, social widget, review badge, chat tool or web font loaded from another company.

That is a design decision rather than a coincidence: the site declares a content security policy that permits requests only to its own origin and to Google's analytics endpoints, so a third-party asset could not be added by accident.

When you contact us

If you call, we have the number you called from because you dialled it, along with whatever you tell us about the job. That means the address, what is coming out, and anything you send afterwards such as photographs or drawings.

That information is used to quote and carry out the work and for nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside the work. Where a job involves your architect, engineer, managing agent or general contractor, we deal with them because you have asked us to.

Hosting and logs

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server logs of requests as any web host does. Those logs are the host's, they are kept for operational and security purposes, and they are not used to build any profile of a visitor.

How long anything is kept

Enquiry details are kept while a job is live and for as long afterwards as is ordinarily needed for business records. Nothing is kept for marketing, because nothing here does marketing.

Questions, or a request about your information

Call the number on this site and ask. If you want us to delete what we hold about an enquiry that did not become a job, say so and it is deleted.

Changes to this notice

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. It describes the site as it is now rather than as a general policy, which is why it is short.
